Bidwell Brook
Working at the RDE hospital for the 2O years on Various projects We were awarded a Project to replace five operating Theatre Air Handing Units, associated pipework, ductwork , BMS and Commissioning. A challenging project as we were only allowed a two-day shut down on each Theatre to change over from the Temporary AHU to the new system.
Orchard Manor
Appointed to carry out the full mechanical services package for the new sports hall block. The hall was provided with a high level LTHW radiant panel system, served by a variable temperature gas boiler heat generation system. Full mechanical ventilation heat recovery to ancillary areas, domestic services and BMS controls to provide a sustainable and aesthetically pleasing solution.
Exmouth Community College
We were successful in securing/ delivering an extension to a new two storey education block at Exmouth College. The project involved the supply/ installation of Mechanical services composing of underfloor heating, natural ventilation units, BMS, domestic water services, above ground drainage and sanitary ware.
