Paul Murch
With over 40 years spent within the M&E building services industry, Paul has a gained wealth of experience in delivering high value, high quality projects across sector, starting his apprenticeship at a young age and progressing to become Managing Director of Murch and Baker.
Paul enjoys most outdoor sports, but has a keen interest in squash, surfing & bodyboarding.
Paul Lingham
Paul Lingham started his career with Murch and Baker as trainee estimator, and has worked his way up over a period of 12 years to Contracts Manager, delivering numerous high-level schemes across the South West. In his spare time Paul is an avid Angler and Surfer and is often found anywhere near to water.
Sean Baker
Sean Baker has been with Murch and Baker since starting his apprenticeship after finishing school. Sean has worked on the tools for over 15 years and is now a Contracts Manager with a wealth of hands-on experience. There isn’t many hobbies Sean hasn’t tried, however currently can be seen CrossFit training early most mornings.
Fraser Brooks
Fraser began as an apprentice pipefitter over 12 years ago and through varied roles, has gained a broad knowledge of building services, water treatment & estimating. Fraser heads up our Pre-construction department and has a key eye for the detail required for his role.
Within his spare time, he enjoys swimming and keeping up with motorsport.
